Only one day left! Prepare your arrival and the check-in process. We will try our best to have smooth and quick check-in, but we ask for your collaboration. In the lobby of Tower B (our main building) you will find the reception desks organised by the first letter of your last surname. Please bring your QR Code for Check-In available on Access Your Participant Registration inside ConfTool. Show it to the assistants in print or on your phone. It will speed things up!

We will open the desks at 8:00 am and a coffee station at 8:30 am (room B007 – check the Floormap on Whova).

Detailed information about the venue, the schedule for sessions and presentations or the buildings and rooms are available on Whova, the conference app, and on digital totems near reception desks. You can also ask to one of our staff members outside the reception desk. At the reception desks we will concentrate on check-in.

Arriving at the venue, Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas or NOVA FCSH as we like to call it, it’s easy. The address is “Avenida de Berna, 26-C, 1069-061 Lisbon”. Once you spot a giant mural in orange and red with a soldier, and/or a wall with lots of red carnations, you are in the right place!
